Woven Shade Cloth:
Cherokee Manufacturing shade cloth is made of 100% polypropylene monofilament fabric that does not rot, mildew, or become brittle. UV stabilized to last during the hottest month. All edges and seams are double sewn and reinforced with brass grommets. The various shade densities allow for multiple applications including greenhouses, hoop houses, livestock buildings, kennels, etc. Easy to install custom made shade panels with grommets saves you time. When ordering, please specify finished size desired as well as number of grommets per side. Standard is a grommet every 2 ft. Standard widths are 6 ft, 10 ft and 12 ft.
Knitted Shade Cloth:
The lock stitch construction resists tears, rips and fraying. Knitted Shade Cloth is 20 – 25% lighter than Woven Shade Cloth. The fabric can be cut on site and will not unravel. UV stabilized for long life. Taping of the edges is not required because of the lock stitch construction. When ordering, please specify finished size desired as well as number of grommets per side. Standard is a grommet every 2 ft.
